(Summary description)Parkinson’s disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system in middle-aged and elderly people. In recent years, Chinese scholars have learned about the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease, the discovery of biomarkers for early diagnosis, or the update of treatment concepts and treatment methods. And the exploration of methods has made significant progress. The Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association formulated the first, second and third editions of the Chinese Parkinson's Disease Treatment Guidelines in 2006, 2009 and 2014. In the past six years, there have been some renewal of treatment concepts and advances in treatment methods in this treatment field at home and abroad.
