Usage and dosage: The initial dose for adults is 50㎎ per day, gradually increasing to 100㎎ per day, 2-3 times a day, orally after meals. (1) Creatinine clearance rate (ml/min) ≥60, 50㎎×2/24 hours;
(2) 60> Creatinine clearance rate (ml/min) ≥ 30, 25㎎×2/24 hours;
(3) 30> Creatinine clearance rate (ml/min) ≥ 10, 25㎎.
