Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the relationship between major hospital customers (including the dean and the director of the pharmacy department) in the area, and complete the access work of the company's products;

2. Establish a long-term cooperative relationship with the management of the target hospital through effective customer visits;

3. Effectively communicate with local societies and associations and carry out related activities in the region, cover more target customers, and establish an excellent company brand image in the target hospital;

4. Fully integrate resources to maximize the utilization of the company's target hospital resources.

job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine or pharmacy is preferred, 30-35 years old.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in major clients and successful development of third-level or above hospitals in the province;

3. Have team management experience;

4. Good communication and negotiation and teamwork skills;

5. Good learning ability and self-management ability;

6. Have the professional spirit of honesty, dedication, hard work and hard work;

7. Capable of key account management, market analysis, hospital development, and business negotiation.
