Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's requirements, reasonably divide and manage the target hospitals in the responsible area;

2. According to the company's sales strategy, formulate sales strategies and activity plans for the target hospitals in the region and organize personnel to implement them to complete the sales targets in the region;

3. Efficiently implement and implement the various regulations issued by the company, be familiar with and highly sensitive to the region and various related policies, regularly carry out market information collection, understand the information of competing products, and ensure that the company's interests are maximized;

4. Implement the company's promotion strategies and projects, establish, develop and maintain important customers in the region, ensure the recognition of the company and its products, and enhance the company's image;

5. Planning and organizing academic seminars and other activities, coordinating and following up feedback work.

job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in medicine, nursing, pharmacy is preferred;

2. Work experience in the field of rheumatology and orthopedics; experience in sales and management of osteoporosis products is preferred;

3. More than 3-5 years of academic promotion and sales work experience in the pharmaceutical industry; of which more than 2 years of team management experience;

4. Possess strong independent working ability, good communication skills, strong leadership and team spirit;

5. Have a strong enterprising spirit, self-confidence, and a certain degree of stress resistance.
